What Does Perpetual Warranty Mean? It means that if you own a Derma Genesis® Microdermabrasion system, purchased direct from GENESIS BIOSYSTEMS, and you purchase your medical grade crystals, accessories and support components from GENESIS BIOSYSTEMS you will not be charged for any repairs throughout the remaining life of the machine. GENESIS BIOSYSTEMS provides this warranty because we know that a reliable machine, working with the highest quality consumable products, supported by our company, the original manufacturer, will guarantee your long-term satisfaction.



Loaner Program
GENESIS BIOSYSTEMS' goal is to ensure that you never have downtime in your office. With enrollment in our Perpetual Warranty Program, all qualified customers have the option to receive a loaner device within 24 hours. Please contact Customer Service at 888-577-PEEL (7335) for details. Customer Service Hours of Operation are 8:00AM to 6:00PM (CST) Monday through Friday.
