Terms & Conditions
- To return items not intended to be ordered or not matching the packing list, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained. This request must be initiated by the customer and confirmed by customer service at Genesis Biosystems within 3 days of the delivered date of the order. Beyond 3 days, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed.
- If the item(s) to return were ordered but are still being requested to be returned by the customer, a 15% restocking fee may be charged if attempting to return more than 30 days after the delivery date is issued. If the product is returned opened (for sealed or sterile packaged items), damaged or used, then no credit will be issued.
- No credit will be offered on any item returned without an RMA #.
- No credit will be offered if returned product is received more than 90 days after the RMA # was issued.
- Returns must be authorized by Genesis Biosystems by obtaining an assigned RMA #:
- Call customer service at 888-577-7335 or 972-315-7888.
- Explain situation and obtain an RMA # from customer service.
- Package items to prevent shipping damage.
- Prominently display the RMA # on the outside of the returned package. Maximum credit will only apply to product received without damage.
- The returned goods must be received by Genesis Biosystems no later than 30 days after the RMA # is issued for full credit. If received after 30 days, a 15% restocking fee may be charged. If received after 90 days, no credit will be issued.
